THE PROATHLETE
Ashley's signature treatment is for serious deep tissue seekers. FasciaBlaster instruments will be used to open the surface layer of the fascia, increasing mobility and circulation while speeding up recovery time. A blend of deep tissue massage, targeted fascia instruments, and mobilization will follow. KryoTherapy can be added.
BLAST AND STRETCH
This treatment is designed to effectively loosen muscles by opening the fascia (the casing around muscle sand through muscles) with FasciaBlaster instruments followed by manual fascia stretch therapy that works into the plasticity of muscles. BLAST AWAY CELLULITE TREATMENT

All therapists performing this service are specially trained in caring for the pregnant body. In order to make your visit as comfortable as possible, we offer two options; A pregnancy pillow that allows you to lay prone (face down) or side-lying with a variety of pillows and bolsters. Please call us or add a note to you're appointment with your ideal choice. When you arrive your therapist will conduct a consultation to determine which option is best for your massage.
